Peacefully at Falkirk Community Hospital on 26th September 2019, John. Beloved husband of Helen (née Bateman), much loved dad of Margo, Janice, Fiona and George, father in law of Derek and David and a devoted grandpa of Grant, Laura, Mhairi and Jamie. 

Precious mem'ries, how they linger,

Echoes from the past I hear,

Old-time singing, gladness bringing,

From that lovely land somewhere.
