Peacefully at Bo'ness Hospital on the 26th November 2018. Frances (nee Howell) aged 96 years. Beloved wife of the late William. Loving mum of the late Archie and Ronnie. Mother in law of Jean. Also a sadly missed sister, granny and great granny.
