Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at The Golden Jubilee National Hospital on the 16th Nov 2018. Louise aged 40 years. Devoted Fiance of Jason. Loving Mum of Daniel and Gemma. Also a sadly missed daughter, sister and daughter in law. Will be missed by all her family and friends.
